Does permanent jewelry hurt?
The process of getting your piece welding on is painless. A strip of leather is placed between the weld and your skin for extra protection.
Can I wear my permanent jewelry in the shower, bath and swimming?
YES! The great thing about the jewelry being custom fit to you is you don't have to worry about it slipping off. Just ensure that you thoroughly dry your chain after being in the water to ensure its longevity.
Can the chain be removed?
Your permanent jewelry is as permanent as you want it to be. If you need to remove it for any reason all you have to do is carefully cut the loop where the weld is with sharp scissors. The chain can then get welded back on at a later date for a small fee.
How long does the chain last?
Assuming you never want or have to take it off, permanent jewelry will last as long as you want it to. Now, if it does get caught on something (which can happen) the chain or loop can break. If this happens just save the chain and it can be welded back on at the later time.
The chain (depending on the metal of choice) can tarnish over time. Proper care can prolong this process.
Can you go through airport security with permanent jewelry?
Yes you can. The chain is so thin and dainty that it will not set off the sensors.
